Local songwriter dedicates song to South Bend to raise money for parks

“David Harris has written the song South Bend Town in homage to the city. Each time the song is played, money from the royalties will be donated directly to the South Bend Venues Parks and Arts department to benefit local parks, cultural activities, art projects, and more.”
